Q. Can an accurate diagnosis be made through a phone consultation alone?

A. Yes. In Korean medicine, the consultation (asking and answering) makes up a very large part of diagnosis. Through the detailed intake form you fill out in advance and the phone consultation, we can closely identify the cause of your symptoms.

Q. How long does herbal medicine delivery take?

A. Once the prescription is confirmed after consultation, preparation begins. Decoction usually takes 1–2 days, and after shipping you can receive it within 1–2 days.

Q. Can I receive a receipt for treatment costs?

A. Yes. For herbal prescriptions or treatment fees for therapeutic purposes, we issue a medical receipt and itemized statement. (Whether private insurance claims are accepted depends on your insurance policy.)

Q. I live overseas — is consultation possible?

A. Yes, overseas residents can also receive consultations. However, for herbal medicine delivery, availability and delivery time may vary depending on each country's customs regulations.
